Back On The Block!
So, I had an epiphany! I am going to go to 24 Hour Fitness and sign-up for a gym membership so that I may take my group fitness classes I've missed. Spinning. Cardio Salsa. Body Flex.
Purchasing my plane ticket next week for Vegas for the HOW conference in June. I wanna look and feel good. Meeting some HOWies and can't look like a slob. Ya know?! Ha!

Good going girl! You'll love the gym. Well maybe love is a strong word, but you might enjoy it. ;P
Try lifting weights three days a week - 15 minutes or so max to start. 1 set of 12 reps at a low weight. 1 set of 10 reps at a little higher weight. 1 set of 8 reps at a little higher weight. 1 set of 6 reps at the highest weight you can stand. Then back to 1 set of 12 reps at the low weight. Do this twice for two different muscle sets. It works and it doesn't take as much time. I do elyptical the other two days for 20 minutes. I'm working up to 30 minutes. That master cleanse sounds like torture!
