Keep those TWIX away!
(Randy! Thanks for the wake up! I needed someone to tap me on the shoulder.) Ugh! I am doing horribly...HORRIBLY! So, I started the Discovery Body Fitness Challenge two weeks ago. Weighed in and everything! I got the eating down right! But...now I have lost the motivation and time for exercise. Ack! No excuses...
I got the FREE 8 week Bally's membership, but can't seem to get motivated to get back to the gym. One distraction is my new full-time job I started January 2nd. Things were much easier when I worked from home and I could leave freely to goto the gym. But now my schedule is: work M-F-6:00am to 3:00pm (commute to LA from the OC from 3:00pm-4:00pm) work 2nd job from home - 4:00pm-6:00pm.
But...I just dropped my second job from 4:00pm-6:00pm today (now only work weekends 8:00am-12:00pm) so my late afternoons are FREE! WooHoo! I can hit the gym again!
Weight wise, I am holdong strong to 161lbs. (surprisingly) My goal is anything in the 140s. 149lbs will do!
So for me..right now I am trying to adjust to the commute and new job hours. I eat pretty well at work. I eat breakfast and even have mid-morning snacks and a sensible lunch. One thing about this job, I get FREE lunch everyday! I love it! But, I gotta watch what I order.
I am looking for more ways to motivate me to keep going. Keep reaching for my goals.
Keeping what I have worked so hard to get off...keep it off! Ha!

Congrats on the new job! I gotta know....where do you work that gives you free lunch?!
