3rd Day - Week 2 (2x a day workout)

I would love, love, love to be fit just like Hoopz. Hoopz plays basketball and her athletic build shows proof. She's 25 yrs. old. 5'2". 120lbs. Measurements: 34C-25-36.

The Plan:

So, I've been working out almost twice a day since Saturday, August 12th. I ride my bike to the gym in the morningd. Do 40-45 minutes of cardio (15min on Stair Master to get the heart rate up then 30 minutes on treamill, inclined of course)

Mid afternoon, drive to the gym, 15-20 minutes of cardio, 10-15 minutes sauna. Ahhhh the sauna!
